I bought my 2017 rdx in June 2017. I wanted a certain color and package which they didn’t have The sales manager found one at another dealership in another state and picked it up for me. The service advisor, Carrie is excellent
Good Service Until There is an Issue - Chris Quaranta
Always good customer service until I had an actual issue. They ordered the wrong part for a warranty replacement and now I am paying for something that went bad under warranty & should've been no cost. Service manager hung-up on me for asking reasonable questions. I know there are no other Acura dealers around, but this is your warning.
