Horrible - LIVID
I bought a car I love from this dealer. A shake and pull toward front passenger side was noted with salesman at time of test drive. I took it home that night and was told to bring it back on Monday for the repairs and sticker. After two days, when the called me to pick up, it did not have sticker. Kara the service mgr. said the mechanic went home and locked it in his tool box. She pulled the car out of site and put a sticker on it. I questioned if the work was done and she assured me it was and no problem was found with wheel or brakes but i would need to bring it back for A/C charging when I could leave it again. A few weeks later when I had my contacts in I realized they had put the wrong sticker on the car made out to a different vehicle. I called and was assured they would take care of it as soon as they could get me in. Few more weeks, after trying to get a time they had and a time I had open I called again and told her the wheel was way worse and had even destroyed the new tire. I told her there was no way I believed they had inspected the car properly. I was told to bring it in and they would make it right. All of this was noted in the initial drop off of the car. After I dropped it off again, I did not hear anything until the next day when they call me and ask why they have my car.. OMG! They said Kara was no longer there. Obviously because she agreed they would fix it. I spoke to the Sales Mgr. who said he looked into it and and said it must have happened after I bought it, even though it was noted for repair the first time I brought it in. He also said they had already spent 600 on the car (expensive oil change) even if that was done. He insisted that the car was inspected and safe. I pointed out it still had the wrong sticker,. When I asked for the owners number, he told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. When I picked up the car, guess what? It still had the wrong sticker!!!! I have printed the law regarding sticker stations in WV and will be filing a complaint immediately. Do not trust this dealership to do any repairs on your vehicle. If so, do it at your own risk! I plan to take them to small claims court however, everyone should realize this is an Old school, sneaky dealership and anyone who tells you different is crazy! I have been driving an unsafe vehicle for three months now with three kids who have been in danger every time. If you buy from this dealership make sure they fix Everything before you sign those papers!!!

Always good customer service until I had an actual issue. They ordered the wrong part for a warranty replacement and now I am paying for something that went bad under warranty & should've been no cost. Service manager hung-up on me for asking reasonable questions. I know there are no other Acura dealers around, but this is your warning.
