I give Tim Short Acura a 5-star rating. Yesterday I leased a 2019 Acura RDX & my grandson traveled from Northern Virginia to purchase the 2016 RDX that I was turning back in. From start to finish I felt like I was being taken care of by highly qualified professionals who took the time to minimize any added work on my grandson or me. The whole thing took less than 3 hours, including the tutorial they give me on every feature of the car. My grandson was so pleased with their proficiency that he said he will most definitely come back to Tim Short Acura for future vehicle needs. He said the dealers in northern Virginia are not nearly so accommodating. Good Service Until There is an Issue - Chris Quaranta
Always good customer service until I had an actual issue. They ordered the wrong part for a warranty replacement and now I am paying for something that went bad under warranty & should've been no cost. Service manager hung-up on me for asking reasonable questions. I know there are no other Acura dealers around, but this is your warning.
