He was not pushy or arrogant at all but was so helpful and energetic. One of the few salesman I have seen that actually loves his job. Also Tyler Astorg was great also. As a dealer getting a car for my brother-in-law, this experience could not have been any better. Purchased a 2014 Mercedes E63 with 8,000 miles and never saw the car until it was paid for and arrived at my house. Astorg delivered the car to my doorstep and it was a perfect as they said. Thank you for being a honest and upstanding dealer. Being a dealer and having delt with them my whole life, we all know how slimey they can be. Thes guys are complete opposite. errible Experience so far. Bought a used 2009 GTR with 26K miles, that I was told was mint and passed certification.
Once the GTR was shipped, brought it in for servicing and an overall health check. Found multiple issues including massive amount of RUST in the undercarriage, affecting key bolts that could have snapped off and caused an accident. Also found leaking struts, damaged rotors, and a hole in the exhaust system. All of this on a 55K car that only has 26K miles on it.
Explained this to them, sent pictures of the issues, and quotes for repairs, and was told that they were unaware of these issues and didn't trust the Nissan dealership who did the evaluation. They refused to do anything to remediate the issue
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Already have filed a complaint with BBB, as well as looking at legal action.
I was hoping for my dream car, but instead got a lemon and a nightmare.
I have submitted a formal complaint to the GM and management and am waiting to see what their response is.
Will update if I hear anything
