GERRY HAD IT DELIVERED IN ONE DAY AND TOOK OUR TRADE BACK TO WV. UNBELIEVABLE. HE ANSWERED EVERY E-MAIL AND TEXT MSG. QUICKLY. THE DRIVER WHO DELIVERED OUR CAR WAS EXCEPTIONAL. HE HAD ALL THE PAPER WORK AND TEMP PLATES AND TOOK OUR BANK CHECK. GERRY IS AN EXCELLENT SALES PERSON TO DEAL WITH.

Every interaction with this dealership has been favorable and proffesional even though I did not actually purchase a vehicle from them. I had every intent of purchasing a CPO GL550 out of state from them when I came across the ad online. From initial contact, Luka went above and beyond to answer my questions and thoroughly provide all details about the vehicle. He is super responsive, honest and doesn’t make you feel like the typical car salesman just trying to sell you a car. The first impression makes a lasting impression.
Unfortunately, I had to back out of the deal last minute on my end, however everyone at the dealership I interacted with was understanding, professional and I would not hesitate to buy a car from them sight unseen in the near future. I’ve had some bad interactions with dealerships of German makes in the past, however Mercedes Benz of Morgantown and their staff seem to have high quality training.

errible Experience so far. Bought a used 2009 GTR with 26K miles, that I was told was mint and passed certification.
Once the GTR was shipped, brought it in for servicing and an overall health check. Found multiple issues including massive amount of RUST in the undercarriage, affecting key bolts that could have snapped off and caused an accident. Also found leaking struts, damaged rotors, and a hole in the exhaust system. All of this on a 55K car that only has 26K miles on it.
Explained this to them, sent pictures of the issues, and quotes for repairs, and was told that they were unaware of these issues and didn't trust the Nissan dealership who did the evaluation. They refused to do anything to remediate the issue
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Already have filed a complaint with BBB, as well as looking at legal action.
I was hoping for my dream car, but instead got a lemon and a nightmare.
I have submitted a formal complaint to the GM and management and am waiting to see what their response is.
