Bergstrom Hyundai gave my wife and I the best experience ever when looking for a new car! Dave Berg immediately made us feel comfortable by his relaxed and friendly manner. He wasn't pushy at all and completely understand what we were looking for in our new Sante Fe Sport. He explained every new feature compared to our previous 2016 Sante Fe Sport. It took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The service wait time was fair, but the service advisor Andy Frick took 30 mins to print the xxxx paperwork. It makes no sense to keep taking in customers if you can't get any out. That is the one person to avoid!

03/9/18 My wife and I were interested in purchasing a 2015 sonata sport limited that was on sale for 18.5k. After my wife test drove vehicle and liked it, I offered to purchase if they would throw in the extended service contract ($1600 value), at no charge which would come to $20k out the door after licensing and fees. Our salesman Tim ( very nice gentleman) went to talk to a sales manager and came back and asked if I'd be willing to go half on the warranty, which would make the total $20.8k out the door. I said no at the time, in which he said they will get back to me about my original offer. Long story short they turned down my original offer and after a couple of conversations I decided to cave in and pay for half the warranty and purchase for $20.8k out the door. To my suprise they now decided to turn that offer down after only 24hrs! Frustrated i called Don (General manager) to ask why the sudden change of offer originally given to me?? He said he would look into it and get back to me. Few hours later I got a call from Tim offering the vehicle for $21k out the door with the warranty ($200 over their original offer to me) Which I politely explained i would decline strictly on principle because I believe strongly that they should stand behind their original offer. I will happily update this if I hear back from them, however at this point It saddens me that i cannot recommend this dealer at this time.
after the owners response on google review I was asked to call the general manager Don chesebro. He was off and instead talked to Dave Johnson, a sales manager who insisted to help me with my matte, who immediately wanted to make things right and offered me the car for $20.8 out the door, if i change my review, I agreed that I would change it to a 3 star rating and was going to take the deal. But still upset with the original experience, I asked if it would be possible for $20.5 out the door for a 5 star rating for going up and beyond my expectations. He sounded positive and understood our situation, and said he will call Don the general manager and get right back to me. Only 10 minutes later, I get called back NOT BY DAVE but by TIM (original salesman), to be told not only did the general manager say no to $20.5, but also to the $20.8 offer that was just given to me and was going to take just 10 minutes earlier!! I'm totally disgusted with this dealer and regret calling after I was asked to. I strongly do not recommend this dealer and will be shopping elsewhere, where customers are treated properly.

Key Vance Hyundai was reasonable, time efficient and had a no-nonsense personable approach to the services they offer. In no way did I feel pressured to make a sale, walked in explained what I was in need of and they assisted with meeting my expectations and had me out the door in a time efficient manner. Had a great experience with Hyundai Tucson. We're a younger couple and I don't think appeared as someone serious about borrowing a brand new car, so some of the dealerships we went seemed to just be 'going through the motions', probably thinking we were just test-driving. Not the case at Hyundai Greenfield. Our salesman was super inviting from the time we opened the door, and most importantly to us, not at all pushy throughout the initial line of questions, the test drive, or sitting down for business talks. Made it much more enjoyable to buy a car. Regardless of whether you're looking to buy a Hyundai product, would surely recommend hanging out over there to establish what should be the norm from other dealerships.

They bought back two cars from us that were junk! - Happy Family
We purchased a Charger in 2017 and immediately it had one problem after another, we contacted them to buy it back, they agreed to buy it back for a better price if we traded it on another of their cars. We traded it for a 2011 Sonata that also immediately had problems, bad ball joint, clunking, clicking in steering column. I finally emailed the president and told them, I did not want the Sonata, it was plagued with problems as well. He agreed and we lost part of our trade value and now have no car. Apparently, this is normal practice, I have spoken with many large dealership managers in WI. They buy buy back and lemon lawed cars. There are so many great dealerships, do not be fooled by their lower prices, you will pay!
