Tom Heidenfelder, our sales consultant at Scaffidi Motors, was very knowledgeable concerning the vehicles we were interested in. Cannot be easy to stay current about the features of all the vehicles that are sold by Scaffidi, but he was. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction.
When we took delivery of the vehicle, Tom spent over two hours and covered everything about this very complex unit. Only had a few questions in the days following and he was very quick and helpful to respond to those questions.
Also, would like to than Kathy and Tammy. They both are very cordial and a pleasure to work with.

Had a great experience with Hyundai Tucson. We're a younger couple and I don't think appeared as someone serious about borrowing a brand new car, so some of the dealerships we went seemed to just be 'going through the motions', probably thinking we were just test-driving. Not the case at Hyundai Greenfield. Our salesman was super inviting from the time we opened the door, and most importantly to us, not at all pushy throughout the initial line of questions, the test drive, or sitting down for business talks. Made it much more enjoyable to buy a car. Regardless of whether you're looking to buy a Hyundai product, would surely recommend hanging out over there to establish what should be the norm from other dealerships.

I inquired about a vehicle via internet chat. Rachel was very helpful. I asked for a price she gave me the listed price. I asked if this was the best price available and if there is a better price that i could get then please call me back. The next day i received a voicemail from someone named Brian stating he would like to talk to me about the vehicle. I called him back the next day to see what new information he was providing. I asked him what was the nature of his call to me. He stated "you called me" no Brian i returned your call. asked you if the list price was final deal price and you went into the typical "used car salesperson presentation" A disservice to legitimate car salespeople. forget every sales model or spin selling book you read and listen to your customer and answer their question. when asked...Is this your best price???? the response should not be what do you want to offer and all of your jibber. there are 2 simple responses. Yes this is our best price or No this will be our best price.
They bought back two cars from us that were junk! - Happy Family
We purchased a Charger in 2017 and immediately it had one problem after another, we contacted them to buy it back, they agreed to buy it back for a better price if we traded it on another of their cars. We traded it for a 2011 Sonata that also immediately had problems, bad ball joint, clunking, clicking in steering column. I finally emailed the president and told them, I did not want the Sonata, it was plagued with problems as well. He agreed and we lost part of our trade value and now have no car. Apparently, this is normal practice, I have spoken with many large dealership managers in WI. They buy buy back and lemon lawed cars. There are so many great dealerships, do not be fooled by their lower prices, you will pay!
