My husband and I have been looking for the perfect vehicle for our new family of 3. We already own a 2009 Santa Fe, so it wasn't hard deciding what to get. Darren and my husband initially worked together to see what the best fit would be for us as far as newer vs. older model. We ended up going with the 2018 Santa Fe, and couldn't be happier! Darren made our transaction a breeze! He went through every detail of the car with us, and never pressured or swayed us into a direction we weren't wanting to go! It took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The service wait time was fair, but the service advisor Andy Frick took 30 mins to print the xxxx paperwork. It makes no sense to keep taking in customers if you can't get any out. That is the one person to avoid!

Had a great experience with Hyundai Tucson. We're a younger couple and I don't think appeared as someone serious about borrowing a brand new car, so some of the dealerships we went seemed to just be 'going through the motions', probably thinking we were just test-driving. Not the case at Hyundai Greenfield. Our salesman was super inviting from the time we opened the door, and most importantly to us, not at all pushy throughout the initial line of questions, the test drive, or sitting down for business talks. Made it much more enjoyable to buy a car. Regardless of whether you're looking to buy a Hyundai product, would surely recommend hanging out over there to establish what should be the norm from other dealerships.
