He wasn't pushy at all and completely understand what we were looking for in our new Sante Fe Sport. He explained every new feature compared to our previous 2016 Sante Fe Sport. Had a great experience with Hyundai Tucson. We're a younger couple and I don't think appeared as someone serious about borrowing a brand new car, so some of the dealerships we went seemed to just be 'going through the motions', probably thinking we were just test-driving. Not the case at Hyundai Greenfield. Our salesman was super inviting from the time we opened the door, and most importantly to us, not at all pushy throughout the initial line of questions, the test drive, or sitting down for business talks. Made it much more enjoyable to buy a car. Regardless of whether you're looking to buy a Hyundai product, would surely recommend hanging out over there to establish what should be the norm from other dealerships.

Review FULL physical copy of Carfax AND Autocheck report - Will
Dealer withheld Carfax during purchase saying they couldn't print it and said everything looked good with 1 owner and no accidents on a Hyundai Certified Pre-owned vehicle. They used AutoCheck which didn't report the accident. I only asked for the CarFax as the ownership history looked odd with AutoCheck.
Since they claimed they couldn't print the CarFax, I asked them to email the Carfax report so I had it for my records. No email and upon follow-up they said they never ran it so I knew something was up and had to BUY the CarFax. Sure enough the vehicle was in a 2 car accident with front and rear damage.
I reached out to CarFax research team since AutoCheck didn't report the accident. Carfax confirmed the accident as well as a written email that a subscribing dealer ran a CarFax the night I bought the vehicle. I contacted both the Sales Manager and the General Manager and both denied they ran a CarFax. Yet CarFax confirmed the report was ran that night.
The sales manager was actually really aggressive and rude on the phone and said he wouldn't give me the 2nd remote they had to order since it was missing "because I wasn't happy". Tim, the GM was much more professional but didn't want anything to do with the situation.
After investigating them further and talking to other dealers they seem to purchase the majority of their used cars from auctions including lemons, reacquired and vehicles in accidents. Simply look at their used car inventory and look at the vehicle history report.
Avoid Keith Hopkins like the plaque if you do go there. Not only did he lie about the carfax that started this cluster he gave inaccurate information on the warranty in order to sell it. Thats an entire different story.
What an overall awful experience with this dealer.
Be sure to get an AutoCheck AND CarFax. Look at its history and question anything purchased from an auction. Doesn't matter if its Fond Du Lac...any Van Horn dealership.
I will end the review saying their service department is beyond phenomenal.
