Service Department worst in the state - thomassnoderly
I bought my car in August of 2014, 3 weeks after I bought the car, they had to replaced the transmission, now 2 years later I brought the car back and told them the issues and they kept it over night and did not fix what I asked them. I took the car to a dodge dealership only to find out they have to replace a 2 year old transmission. When I called to find out the warranty on the transmission the service department (Mike) tried to argue with me about what I asked them to look at. He was rude and I am surprisingly wondering why he still has a job there. I would not have them work on a go cart. Poor service department and lack of professionalism. Do not let them work on your car!
2nd purchase from Carlos! - Van guy
We bought our first minivan from Zimbrick, it was certified. It was awesome and Carlos Pelaez was great to work with. He is respectful, thoughtful, caring, I can't and wouldn't say anything negative about him with our experiences.
He made it easy, fiduciary, is one word that comes to mind. So we went back 10 years later and bought another minivan from Zimbrick, from Carlos Pelaez, because it was such a pleasant experience.
The financing guy wasn't as nice though. As soon as we turned down all the stupid gimmick warranty crap, he worked us out of there ASAP.
But it was a Friday anyway, and he's a Bears fan.
