Oil change and tire rotation - Andrea S
I've had my 2017 Jeep Renegade serviced at this establishment many times (was only at one other service center for its very first oil change - Ewald in Oconomowoc). I brought it in for a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I've been sitting here for double the amount of time told by the garage clerk (now going on two hours). Upon him checking on the status, was asked if I had the key for my locking lug nuts. They are in my glove box and NOT on the vehicle. So, it is my assumption that since I never put them on, someone in their service area screwed up and put someone else's locking lug nuts on my vehicle. Not even sure if they can put the regular ones back on. VERY disappointed. Annoyed.

Honestly we have never had much luck with any Bergstrom dealership. Poor service in the showroom and service department. We waited 14 months for a recall only to find out they ordered the wrong part! While in for service we double dipped on horrible, we found out after the fact that we needed to bring both keys in for the ignition switch recall (we get to go back). Guy standing next to us was on his second trip because of the same lack of communication. Then my wife asked for a sale person to discuss a Grand Cherokee we are interested in. Waited 30 minutes then walked out. Run, do not walk away from Bergstrom.

Very weak warrenty. Looks better on tv than what the dealer owners actually stand by.
Inconsistent mechanic inspections and or shady work.
Have not had any positive experience at all after the initial purchase of our vehicle.
Since they dont stand by the warrenty why would i ever want to go back if they couldn't fix the problems the first time.
However there are several other repair shops or car dealers in the town of Hayward that do put the customer first. That my personal opinion.
I Don't forsee this dealer being around with a good reputation for much longer.
Im giving a negative response based on several negative experiences.

I had some major car problems and they were able to get it fixed and for a reasonable amount. Jerry and Rob were able to work around my schedule and get me in right away. Jerry even dropped me off at my office so I didn't have to call for a cab. I only use them now for service and bought my last car from them too.

I had an urgent issue with my car. My power steering went to xxxx the day before I had to drive to the cities with my daughter. I called and Joel took care of me. Got me in same day and on my way in time for her flight. While there they were great with my daughter. She wants to go see them all again. Also a special thank you to Mike for fitting in my car with your busy schedule. Simply amaizing experience.
A great place to buy and service a Chrysler product. - milwrdman
I had purchased a new Dodge from a dealership some distance away, as nobody in my area had anything in stock at the time that fit my needs.
I then had the vehicle serviced at a dealership very near my home. That dealership fouled up the first oil change by not replacing the oil filter.
I then had an issue with several noises from the front suspension. The dealership looked at it, and adjusted the alignment, but the noises got worse, and it would not maintain alignment. They insisted the front suspension was Ok.
I then had them replace a faulty water pump, and the workmanship was very poor. It leaked afterwards, and by this time, I called Dodge and told them I was switching to PIschke, which was Ok'd.
I took the car to Pischke. They got me right in, fixed the water pump. Then I brought the car back, and they inspected the front suspension, and found several worn parts. They replaced the parts, and that solved the problems, I was given a loaner without question.
Chrysler gave me a free 3-year service contract for the trouble I had with the selling dealership and the poor service I got from my neighborhood dealer.
I've always had nothing but the best experience from Pischke's, and I will continue doing business with them from now on.
