My experience with Sheridan Motor has always been excellent. They take care of their customers - and I always feel like they have my best interests at heart. I purchased my Yukon there and have been getting it serviced there for five years. I just traded it in for a new Jeep and once again, they exceeded my expectations for service, kindness and fairness.
Terrible customer service - Balexis
Employees had terrible customer service I took my car in for a repaint and it came back with parts of the car not even finished along with the new paint bubbling up and flaking off. When I brought it up to the manager he refused to fix it and it wasn’t until I had a guy come with me (I’m a female) did he finally agree to finish the horrible work they did. i didn’t even have my car back for 6 months before panels began to fall off and the paint continued to flak off and bubble up. When I brought it back in to get it fixed the manager was terribly rude and only was willing to fix the hood of the car. It was clear that the panels fell off from being broken during the original paint job because they just tried to tape it back on. The manager walked out on me mid conversation about the car and was completely unprofessional during the entire encounter. He spent the entire conversation yelling and belittling me. The worst customer service I have ever experienced and an extremely sexist manager in addition to the horrible service done on my car.

Teton Motors Jackson Hole handled this complex onboard computer / electrical issue on my new Silverado with professionalism and care. I had urgent travel/business planned for the day I encountered the issue. Bruce and Dave took the truck in right away, made some software updates and gave me the go-ahead to travel. I did encounter further computer glitches during my travels. When I returned Teton Motors took the truck in right away and through hard work and determination fully addressed the issues. A first rate service organization.
