I had a PZEV car and Vw waranties anything with emissions. I needed an O2 sensor and a catalytic converter. They told me Vw would not cover it. I called VW Prime Saco and they said they did cover it. They are crooks and will lie right to your face. They cut corners on the oil changes too! Beware!

Outstanding sales and service on our 99 Saab. We tried local service (Quirk in Bangor) which was a disaster. Quirk quoted over $4500 for repair work that Stetson did for $1400. We now gladly drive 1.5 hours for service and will get our next vehicle there. Sterson is an old New England dealership that you just don't find anymore.
