I arrived at Gold Coast early 2025 with my 2021 Escalade, that I bought elsewhere. I added the GM Cadillac extended warranty and ran into some warranty related defects and some non-warranty related ones. Every time I brought the car in, the dealer and in particular service manager Ann Schulz, treated my not only with respect but also made me feel like I was their customer from day 1. They have worked tirelessly to identify warranty covered items and helped otherwise if an issue was not covered. I highly recommend them as a dealer and for dealer provided service.
