So yes I am one of the sales representatives here at JMCC - Virologic

So yes I am one of the sales representatives here at JMCC Auto however I am also a customer. I had the opportunity to take an amazing 2017 F150 out for a drive when it came in and fell absolutely head over heals for it. As being a sales representative here I can attest to the professionalism here at Joshua Motor Car Company. With us being a wholesale and Retail dealership the savings I received by not paying a ton of fees that other dealerships would charge was a great feeling! Me and my immediate family and friends will never purchase a vehicle from any other lot and I recommend you come see us and what we can offer!

Horrible! - rjnsassy144

Horrible! Do NOT buy from them or their Berlin location! They will sell you a damaged car and then give you the run around to avoid fixing the issue even if you have a warranty ! They pretend to be helpful and kind but they especially the owner Yasser Youssry are the complete opposite of honest. Jay from Delran just tickles your ear but never fixes anything. Patrick and Louis are the same. They make a bunch of promises with zero action. The new GM Tom at the Berlin location tried to help however the lying owner stopped him. Thankfully I have proof of everything and have reported them to the state, the BBB, the FTC and have filed suit with Camden County. This could have been avoided if the owner and Keystone representatives were honorable and simply fixed the issues when I reported them . Here we are almost a year later and they still refuse to comply. Save yourself the headache and do NOT purchase from them! The owner does not care to remedy issues and forces consumers to report the business and pursue legal action.

Just got my hands on a 2013 Lexus ES350 from these folks, - Dansby

Just got my hands on a 2013 Lexus ES350 from these folks, and I gotta say, they made car-buying a breeze! Communication was spot-on, pricing was fair without the usual haggling drama, and they're seriously customer-friendly. Bonus points for letting me bring in an independent auto inspector. Quick, easy, and transparent – totally recommend this dealer for your next ride!

Bryan is an outright liar. - jmbwdds

Bryan is an outright liar. I live in Texas and was purchasing a 2013 Subaru Outback from him in June 2022 and asked a lot of detailed questions. Mainly, does the vehicle have any excessive rust. He stated that it did not but I did not ask for any pictures under the vehicle. I even told him, " Never have I bought a car sight unseen...so trusting others to do what I would do is definitely taking a leap of faith." When the vehicle arrived my son and I started to inspect it and it was not at all what Bryan stated. Tons of rust underneath, missing one of two catalytic converters, noxious fumes when ran, and numerous other problems. Bought for $7,500, paid about $1,200 in shipping, put almost $2,000 in repairs that were unexpected based on his condition of the vehicle and this car burns about 1.5 quarts every 300 miles. The local dealership stated it needed about $10,000 worth of work to be a decent car. I can maybe get $4,000 out of it as it needs a new engine or for the piston rings to be replaced and engine rebuilt. As a single parent, this is a HUGE loss for me. Bryan is an outright liar and only looking out for his own benefit.
