We had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned car at Genesis. Our sales person, Melissa Tomahatsch was very helpful and informative. There was no time restriction and all questions were answered. It was great doing business with Melissa and the Genesis team.

Extremely disappointed with this dealership. There was a deal agreed to with Sales Mgr Cat Verbich approx 2:45pm 9/4/2025 for a CPO 2021 GV80. Was told I would receive a call for a deposit and finance app. I waited and waited. Cat left at 4pm that day and no one called me. I decided to call in the morning and Cat was off for the day. I was told that the initial salesperson would be in at noon so no one involved with the deal was available. I asked if I could just leave my deposit until someone was available. It was at that time that I was informed that the car sold around 5pm the previous night. I was furious. How could the car sell when a deal was reached and there was record of it once the person on the phone looked into it. I did everything I was supposed to and feel completely let down, frustrated, angry. The car buying process is already draining and frustrating without experiences like this. This car was mor than $6k cheaper than any other CPO in the nation with this color/trim combo. Completely unbelievable.
