The service at this dealership was excellent, exceeded my expectations. I have had a number of different vehicles in my life (Toyota, Datsun--yes, before Nissan, Honda) and I have had reasons to distrust dealerships, especially for service.I was also leery because of the change in ownership since I bought my vehicle. However, I could not ask for better than my experience with Mazda Spartanburg. Everyone was polite and friendly, but I have to mention Mike Bryant in particular. He went above and beyond. I live an hour away, and it was well worth the drive for this experience.

We had a great experience with Anna at Mazda of Greenville. She was excellent! She did not push, she was kind and patient. She went out of her way to make us feel respected and not just a number. We bought a 2021 Toyota Sequoia from her. They made the buying process simple and did not take all day! They were great. We would purchase from Anna again!!
