Mikayla led a complete review of a car that I had bought - Sea Gull

Mikayla led a complete review of a car that I had bought remotely. She executed all of the repairs that I had requested and coordinated the inspection of the vehicle to ensure that it would be in top shape for a 800 mile return trip. She updated me consistently and was totally response to my questions and concerns. This car upon my picking it up was in excellent shape and my return trip was totally uneventful. I thank her fully for her efforts!

The service at this dealership was excellent, exceeded my expectations. I have had a number of different vehicles in my life (Toyota, Datsun--yes, before Nissan, Honda) and I have had reasons to distrust dealerships, especially for service.I was also leery because of the change in ownership since I bought my vehicle. However, I could not ask for better than my experience with Mazda Spartanburg. Everyone was polite and friendly, but I have to mention Mike Bryant in particular. He went above and beyond. I live an hour away, and it was well worth the drive for this experience.
