They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails, and they don't seem to need anyone's business. I've been trying to contact them for over a week now, and nobody seems to know how to use a computer or answer a phone. Totally unreliable. Stay away.

Multiple dealers sold vehicles we were interested in as we were en route and we finally found “the one” at Wholesale Direct in Wilmington. They responded quickly to my interest, they allowed us a no pressure test drive, a thorough look over of the vehicle and a really accommodating and quick purchasing experience.
