Contacted dealership on July 19 advising that check engine and tire pressure light came on my 2020 Mirage G4 so I requested diagnostic. I wanted to get it towed to dealership and was told my road side warranty had expired, so I went thru my insurance company and got it towed July 21. Initially I was contacted by Charles (service advisor) who couldn't service until July 24. I called several times to get updates and told pending. I later was told that Charles no longer work there by Manager Brian on July 29 and that he would look at my car. No one contacted me to follow up on the status of my vehicle. Called warranty department whom verified that I could have used my roadside warranty and we spoke with Manager Brian on 3-way conference and he said he will get to my vehicle. I went to the service department that evening to check on my car and was told that the part was under warranty and it was completed this morning on Aug 1. Again no one called me only an automated call from 373-1095 while I was standing at the service desk. I am very disappointed in the customer service and was without my vehicle 11 days with no one contacting me which was very inconvenient, but I'm thankful that I finally got my vehicle.
