Stopped in without an appt. looking for a new car - Dylan went out of his way to get my trade in appraised and estimated financing done right away. The car I wanted was in transit to the dealership. During the process he answered all of my questions and kept me updated on the ETA date. When the car arrived Dylan notified me right away and worked with Service and Financing to see that I drove off in my new car the next day which was a very busy Saturday. Dylan actually takes the time to make sure the customer gets what they want and doesn't try to push a pre sale agenda.
