I don’t think they deserve even 1 star. Sunroof been leaking, they tried to fix it on numerous occasions, ordered new sunroof and still leaking. Phone charging is damaged due to water leak from sunroof. Car smells rotten. I asked them to cover detailing car - answer was no. I have spent $400 x 2 total $800. Sunroof is still leaking and now needs compete interior change. Called 3 times to talk to the manager ZERO RESPONSE! Most horrible experience with car and service! Phone charger was never fixed either! Now need complete new carpet at least $3000. I would not recommend Audi at all. Bad service, too much attitude!!!! Run
