I had warranty work done on my Q8. I was offered a loaner because the service was estimated to be up to five hours, so I took advantage of that offer. Aaron was my Service Advisor, and he noted that I lived in his neighborhood, nearly 20 miles away. Aaron offered to drive my vehicle back to my house on his way home effectively saving me a trip back to the dealership to pick up my car. I was away from home when he delivered my car and swapped with the loaner. That was service beyond the call of duty, and Aaron didn't have to do that. I appreciate his extra service, and the warranty work was done to my satisfaction.
