Jim allowed me to take an extensive test drive with my 2012 GMC Yukon XL by myself. Many dealers require the salesman to accompany the buyer on test drives. I tested the vehicle on an Interstate highway, a crooked country road and on a rough & bumpy streets and it met all my expectations. Then my wife took it on a 35 mile test drive. We had the vehicle all afternoon and when I returned to the dealership there was no hard sell. Jim asked if I liked the Yukon or if I would like to test drive another of their many vehicles in stock. The price I had in mind was 1500.00 less then the quoted price and when I told Jim the price I had in mind, he agreed to sell the Yukon for the price I wanted.
