McKie Ford is horrible. Absolutely as terrible as they get. They have zero ethics, zero integrity, & are just in business to rip people off. They sell you junk cars that break down within the first 200 miles. They refuse responsibility for anything they sell. Their solution? We either pay $8000.00 for a new transmission or finance 7500.00 in negative trade equity from this broke down car just to get into another xxx that will probably break down right after we buy it too. We are left paying on a car we can't even drive. This kind of business practice should be illegal! Also, don't think you will get anywhere with the owner, Mark McKie, he can't handle people being upset that they are screwing over their customers so he just hangs up on you. I think a lawsuit is gonna be our next route for these criminals. Avoid this dealership at all costs & warn your family & friends too!
