New vehicle purchase - Happy Camper

I rarely do reviews for product or services but I felt a need to share our vehicle buying experience. My husband and I decided we needed to purchase a 2500Ram pickup to haul our camper. The Internet is a wonderful place to do your homework in regards to looking at several dealerships for the truck that had the features we wanted, in the price range we needed to be. In the beginning of the process we felt it was necessary to look at the bigger dealerships for the best deal, because of the volume that they deal with. What we found was Homan in Waupun, they gave us small town service and worked with us to achieve our goals, it was a stress free experience, and we couldn't be happier with the wonderful service we were given. We would recommend Homan in Waupun to everyone!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! - KGoff

We just had a very expensive ceramic coating/self healing system put on our car by an awesome company. We got it back looking gorgeous and took it to have an oil change and tire rotation at Greenway. We got it back with a big gouge in the hood!!! It looks like someone closed the hood with a tool in their hand! We have pictures of right before we took it there, and after so there's no mistaking that this was done on their watch! It is literally through the ceramic coating, through the paint!!! My husband called there and they said "huh, that sucks". No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing!! I will NEVER take another vehicle to Greenway again, and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of this situation!!

Found a Jeep online and worked with Bob Guelde. He was easy to work with and knowledgeable. Rod, the finance guy worked to get us a rate we were good with.

I purchased a car from Virtue Motors remotely. - tylerhudon

I purchased a car from Virtue Motors remotely. I asked about any damage to the car, looked at pictures, and was reassured there was nothing missing from the pictures with regard to problems or damage. However, upon receiving delivery of the vehicle it was CLEARLY previously smoked in. I reached out to Stryker Fitzimmons at Virtue Motors and asked about this and he denied the smoking history. He offered to send cover up sent for the car which I told him to proceed with, he didn't do this. He also denied they had tried to cover up smoke smell already despite my finding 5 fragrance tabs in the car when I got it. Had I known this was a smoker's car I would not have purchased it for the same price.
