We worked a deal last week with Crestview RV Superstore in Selma, TX (NOT THE SAME COMPANY AS THE ONE IN BUDA/GEORGETOWN) on a used Grand Design Momentum. We called Friday after negotiations were complete to make our deposit to hold the trailer while we applied for financing through them (we already had an approval on a loan by our bank but they asked we give them the opportunity to finance). We left a message that wasn’t returned so my husband texted the salesman at the end of the day to follow up and he said he’d call us Saturday morning to collect our deposit. He called us Saturday, my husband gave him our credit card number to charge and we were thrilled because we finally found our RV. The manager called me at the end of the day to let me know that even though we agreed on a deal and provided them with a deposit, they sold the RV to someone else that afternoon. We were crushed and incredibly disappointed in the way they handled business. So we wanted to warn people that your deposit means nothing at Crestview RV in Selma. They treat their dealership like an auction house even when a deal has been made and they will sale it out from under you to the highest bidder.

I purchased my RV at the ExploreUSA on Highway 90 in San Antonio a couple weeks back. The staff there were all great and patient with me. For my walk through this last monday, Oscar did a fantastic job! I have never had or driven an RV before, and I'm a single female. He made sure to show me everything, and I so greatly appreciate his time. If I could give him stars..out of 5...he'd get a 5. The whole business deserves 5+ stars! Thank you to everyone there and taking the time to show me what I needed to know, and to answer all of my questions. They are the best!

This is the first time I have purchased an rv from a dealership and I won't be back. Explore USA in Seguin TX was completely unprofessional. We bought a toy hauler and on our way to pick it up we received a phone call that they did not have keys to the ramp. They had ordered them but then ordered new latches and they had not come in. They offered to have us bring it back so they could install the latches at a later date. That's a lot of money in gas so we opted to have the latches overnighted to us and we would do it ourselves. Once we got home we realized we didn't have keys to the front or back door. So we called and they acted as if this was normal. Since they didn't have keys to the ramp they probably didn't have them to the doors either. That means they didn't verify the doors locked which I would assume would be part of their checklist when going over the trailer. They promised to overnight those as well. Three days later still no latches or keys. I called again only to have them realize they were sitting on their desk. So they promised to overnight once again. I received them two days later. The trailer was purchased a week and half before we picked it up. This was so service could check it over and clean it up. It was not cleaned. We found a dead mouse in it. Two weeks after picking it up I realized my receiver hitch was missing. They had to use the spare hitch I brought because the one on my truck was to low. They did not put the one they took off my truck back in my truck. I have called several times over the last three weeks. The first week I could not get a call back. The second week I was told they were looking for it and would call me back. They didn't. I called them back and was told they couldn't find it but they would look again and get back to me. Week three and still no call back. So I call again and they still can not find it and no offer to help resolve the situation. I feel completely disrespected and put off by the service after the sale. No one cares about customer service there and I would not recommend you purchase anything from them. Now I need to find and purchase another adjustable receiver hitch so I can pull my other trailer. So disappointed with giving my money to a place like this.
