DO NOT BUY from Ed Morse Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram I purchased a vehicle from them in February 2025. Within 10 days, it started having electrical issues and has now been in the shop 5 times in 4 months (over 30 days total in the service bay). They still can’t fix it, and when I filed a Lemon Law buyback request — which the vehicle legally qualifies for under Arizona law — they flat-out refused. The check engine light came back on less than 72 hours after the last repair, and their service department told me it would be another 10 days before they could even look at it again. Their service department has basically given up telling me they have no idea what is wrong with it, which is completely unhelpful, and their sales manager after telling me a month ago that he was keeping his eye for a replacement for me, and would buy back the truck and get me in to something good because this was absolutely crazy, has now gone against his word and now told me the legal folks can handle it. I’ve had enough. I’ve now filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney General, ADOT, and the BBB. Save yourself the money, time, and stress. This dealership has shown zero integrity or accountability.
