If you're not giving David Ventura level service, then you're missing the mark. David IS the standard. I'm on a 20,000 mile loop roadtrip in my Mercedes Van down from Alaska and started having issues with my Brakes. I stopped in with no appointment, told them my situation, and they immediately got me in.
From the second I arrived, I was immediately greeted with kindness, attention and urgency from David Ventura. We sat down, ran through my issues while David asked important follow up questions and took detailed notes.
During the inspection, David came to the waiting area and gave me multiple updates, time estimates, and ensured i was comfortable and in the loop. He brought the mechanic in to directly talk to me about what they were seeing.
Upon wrapping things up, I came out to find my Van not only fixed, but freshly washed and parked directly outside the front door for me. I felt like Royalty for the first time in my life. (dirty van guy from Alaska) I left feeling important, heard, appreciated, and most importantly, they made me feel like a friend. The dreaded aura of service appointments was nowhere to be found in my mind. It was the best 5 star service experience i've ever had. Thank You, David Ventura. When I grow up, I wanna be like David!!!
