I just purchased a new vehicle from Audi Napa Valley and was absolutely *thrilled* with the experience...working with Mo was an absolute delight! I had been working to find a used/CPO vehicle with a dealer much closer to my home, but it was a pretty lousy experience...the dealer was slow to respond, reluctant to provide basic information, added surprise fees on a car I nearly closed on, etc. So I was fairly hesitant to engage in a car buying process with a dealer nearly 100 miles away. I did *not* want to make a long drive only to go through a similar experience with them. But they had a vehicle I was really interested in so I emailed Doreen (general sales manager) to see how far we could get over email/phone. Within two hours, Mo (client advisor) called me to talk about the car and answer my questions. He quickly followed that up with additional information--CPO report, CarFax, walk around videos, etc. We talked again the next day to answer a few more questions and then we quickly agreed on price (and without any surprise fees I encountered at the first dealer!). Mo had the contracts drawn up, I signed them via Docusign, and then took delivery the next morning. From my initial email to Doreen to driving off the lot was less than 48 hours! This experience was precisely what the car buying process should be. Audi Napa Valley and Mo will definitely be the first call for my next car!

Some dealerships do the right thing. Audi Concord — and specifically General Manager Eddie Martz — is one of them.
