Extremely Unprofessional Experience at Jaguar Land Rover San Jose
I am deeply disappointed and shocked by the behavior of a sales representative Josh Hernandez during my recent visit to Jaguar Land Rover San Jose.
We currently own a Jaguar as our primary car, and we came in to check out the Jaguar F-Pace. While the representative initially showed us the car, the experience quickly turned negative:
- During the discussion, he pushed unnecessary add-ons and became rude and offensive when we questioned the details.
- When we made it clear that we weren’t ready to finalize a deal, he aggressively said “goodbuy” and threw the car key at us- behavior that was completely unacceptable.
- At the end, when we asked for his name, he refused to give his real name and instead claimed his name was “Michael.” He then handed us a business card belonging to someone else (Anthony Dugger), which felt ridiculous.
It’s shocking to see such treatment at a dealership representing a premium brand like Jaguar. This experience left us feeling insulted, disrespected, and unwelcome.
