★★★★★ This was the THIRD vehicle our family purchased through Zack Stevens at Yuba City Toyota, so apparently either Zack is really good at his job or we have developed a fairly expensive Toyota habit. 😂 We drive up from Sacramento, passing plenty of Toyota dealerships along the way, because Zack simply delivers. Our last two purchases were **in-demand Camrys**, and both times Zack somehow found exactly what we were looking for and made it happen quickly. At this point I’m beginning to suspect Zack doesn’t actually “locate” Camrys. He summons them. 😂 This latest purchase also involved some out-of-state logistics that could have easily turned into a paperwork rodeo. Zack handled the entire thing flawlessly. Communication was prompt, clear and consistent from beginning to end. No chasing him down. No wondering what was happening. No sending the dreaded: “Hey Zack… just checking in again.” Zack handled everything so smoothly that our main responsibility was basically to show up, sign our names and leave with another Camry. Three vehicles later, we’ve pretty much stopped asking, “Which Toyota dealership should we go to?” Now it’s: “Call Zack.” If you’re wondering whether Yuba City Toyota is worth the drive from Sacramento, apparently our family has now conducted this experiment three times. The answer is yes. 😂 Zack — outstanding job again. And Yuba City Toyota management: when customers repeatedly drive past other Toyota dealerships to buy their third car from the same guy, you might want to keep that guy happy. Oh, what a feeling Toyota… Zack found us another xxxx Camry. 😂
