I visited the dealership to get my tire pressures checked and refilled in my 2021 Kia Sorento (Because Kia of Medford, just across the street, well.... Uh, no), and Morgan went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and efficient experience. From the moment I arrived, Morgan greeted me with a friendly and professional demeanor, making me feel valued as a customer. No appointment, walk in no charge tire pressure adjustment with an off brand vehicle. Could I get worse?? Morgan picked up the ball and smashed it for a (Seahawks) touchdown. She immediately greeted me, heard what I was asking for and didn't blink an eye. She even walked me into the customer lounge and directed me to the (much needed) coffee machine Morgan's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. Not only did they promptly address my tire pressure concerns, but they also took the time to explain the importance of proper tire maintenance and provided helpful tips to ensure optimal performance. Morgan's dedication to customer satisfaction was truly commendable, and their willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting positive impression. I highly recommend Morgan Dielman for their outstanding service and commitment to delivering a top-notch customer experience in the service department. Upon getting into my vehicle to exit, the tech (Kingston?) explained how he adjusted my tire pressures for the climate (darn cold). Superior service!!!
