Just this morning I stopped by after having a monor accident which had ripped off a splash panel on the underside. Andrew had a look, put the shield back on, and had use on our way---all without charging us anything! (I do have a lifetime service contract for oil changes, etc, but this would have been above and beyond the call of duty. Andrew was also very pleasant do deal with.
