Steven is a very friendly and approachable dealer, helping me throughout the entire process, finding a car that's just right for me, explaining everything I had questions for, and securing a great deal in the end. The process isn't technically over since I have yet to receive my plates and all, and it was clear that all the typical marketing strategies were used as incentives for me to be more inclined to purchase, I didn't feel pressured or rushed at all.
To be clear, I'll edit my review if any undesirable things come up, but at least for now I'm very happy with my purchase and recommend them for a good experience.
