I would like to update my previous review. We had a complication with our Tahoe order do to this crazy market and the lengthy order time for the vehicle. Titus-Will came through in the end even though they basically could have sold the vehicle to someone else for $5,000 more. Thank you for your commitment to customer satisfaction. Our 2016 Sonata's engine failed and it was covered under a recall. The engine was replaced, no questions asked. When we went to buy a new Sonata this year, our sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Every time I've brought a car in for a recall or service, I've never felt pressured to have an unnecessary service. Sometimes the service takes longer than anticipated, but I've always been advised in a timely manner and once they even gave me an uber to go shopping.
