Highly satisfied with my experience purchasing my Jeep Wrangler from Liberty. Chris Acker is a phenomenal sales associate. I found the Jeep I wanted in Jeep's inventory and it was "in transit" to Liberty and I knew it was the only one of its kind within a 100-mile radius. It had everything I wanted (and then some). If I didn't get this one, it was either go with my second choice, or order a 2019 and wait. Chris knew this, and he could have taken advantage of that situation and gouged me. But he was open and honest and from our initial phone conversation, I knew he would offer me a great deal. By the way, I live over an hour from Libertyville. So I was taking a risk going all that way for a bad experience. Chris assured me the Jeep I had my eyes on was definitely available and we briefly negotiated by phone. I was already comfortable with him and hadn't met him yet. Once I arrived the next day, he went above and beyond. Offered me very up-front pricing, a fair deal on my trade, and even though the Jeep had not yet arrived from the truck yet, he kept me in the loop and texted me right when the truck pulled in the next day. I picked it up this morning and it is beyond perfect. The finance manager was great as well. I am so happy with my Jeep and would recommend Liberty and Chris Acker!

I was specifically referred to this dealership by the Windy City Mazda Miata Club and by my neighbor, Matt, who also owns a Mazda MX-5 Miata. Matt knows Jeff and takes all his cars for service to Jeff. I must admit I was still somewhat skeptical. I waited an incredibly short time for Jeff's service staff to identify and fix the problem, a leaking drain plug on the 6-M transmission. Jeff personally took me out to the service area and showed me the leak while the car was on the lift. Please note that this was a very clean and orderly service shop that I can attest to firsthand. And, what other dealership allows you into their shop, for whatever good or bad reasons? Hats off to Jeff Becknell and Napleton Mazda! We discussed my upcoming 60K service requirement (the so-called "Big One") and what a refreshing conversation with the Service Manager who is both straight-talking and customer-focused. By the way, full disclosure: the leaking drain plug was caused by the owner, and the cost to fix it was "no charge." Also, Jeff described the 60K service for the Miata as mostly "checking." I really think I understand why the gentleman from the Windy City Mazda Club takes his SE (Special Edition) Miata to Jeff and why the Windy City Mazda Club knows the SE Miata owner is happy getting service from Napleton Mazda -- for a car he really cares about. Like me.

Contacted Eric Cotto at this store and he simply said "give me 1 day and I will see what I can do". Well not only did he GET me the car other dealers said was impossible but he did everything in an honest way never once lied or promised me anything he couldn't deliver. Job well done! My husband and I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer. Going into the dealership, we were a little hesitant as we both have had horrible experiences in the past with car salesman/dealerships. Coming into Art Hill, we were pleasantly surprised and they thoroughly exceeded our expectations! We met with Richie Pauley who was fantastic. He truly listened to our needs and was very straightforward with the process. The finance department did a great job of taking care of us and we were well informed on our purchase. Everyone we met with from Tony to Richie to Stana; they were all very professional and extremely helpful. The environment at Art Hill is completely different than any dealership we have ever been to. They work together as a team and truly have their customers best interest in mind. Hands down, the best car buying process we have ever had. I purchased a used truck from here on Sept 1. After all the necessary paperwork was done and my plates were transferred I was ready to go. I then asked for the spare key since there was still only one given to me and they informed me there was no spare. This was never mentioned during the negotiation process. A spare key ended up costing me $215 so I reached out to the dealership to see if they could cover this cost. They responded and asked me to get a copy of the bill for them. After our discussion over the weekend Andrew reached out to me today and informed me they would indeed pay for it. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

No Communication! - JEENA
My tire pressure light came on this morning, so I called service to see if they can take a look at my car and if needed to put air in my tire. I went to the dealership service area and the guy "sure, we can take a look at it". I waited for a while, which was perfectly fine. After a while, I see my car pulled up and I noticed that they washed my car. I go to meet the person bringing my car and he says "your car is ready and good to go". I say, "well what happened to my car? who gave permission to wash my car? what was the tire issue, and what was done to fix it?". He said, "oh someone should have spoken to you about it." I said, "no, no one did". At this point, I inspected my car, specifically the hood of my car (which I will explain later). I saw some immediate fine scratches. I was pissed. So I went to talk to the person who originally took my car. I asked "what was done to the tire of my car, how did the problem get resolved and who gave the permission to wash my car?" He didn't have any idea what was done to my tire, so he had to go ask. They told me that, my rear passenger side had a nail and they plugged it for me. I said okay fine. But who washed my car? He said we did, it was complimentary. I said, I never asked for a car wash. I brought the car in for a simple check up of my tires and for someone to tell me what is going on and to consult with me on what I needed done or how to proceed.
I then began to explain to him, why I was very upset about the car wash. I have only gone to Napelton Mazda dealerships since I bought my car in September 2017. I only went to Arlington Heights Napelton Mazda for oil change services and noticed that I had several scratches on my black vehicle that was even on both sides of my car, which could only be explained by car washes. Therefore I decided to pay out of my own pocket to a very nice auto body show, who did water sand washing and buffed out my scratches on my hood only (because I did not want to do the entire car at the time) and made a decision at that time that I would never take my car to get washed at a dealer and I had not washed my car since I got it buffed out. I saw scratches immediately on the hood of my car, after the Napelton in Libertyville washed my car without my permission.
The man that helped me, said "his car wash is brand spanking new" and therefore it could not be their car wash that caused this. He was rude, and made everything seem like it was my fault. Then went on to say how I should be happy because they fixed my tire, which had a nail in it and they plugged it for free which it should have been a $30.00 charge. I said, I did not ask you to perform a service for free, I will pay for it if you would like. But at no time, did anyone consult with me that there was a nail and whether I wanted it to be plugged or what we should do or how we should proceed. Nor did anyone ask if I wanted a car wash. It is not the dealers right to perform such services and or acts to my car without my permission.
I am furious at the service and incompetence of Mazda Napelton. I will NEVER recommend anyone to come to your location. I came to this location when I first started looking at purchasing a vehicle last year and I felt the people were rude and unhelpful at this location and therefore we went with another dealer. I love my car and take care of it. I am so upset that this dealership service people were rude. I have had numerous issues with the Napelton family and the way they take care of their customers.
Service Dept.--No Follow Through - JTB
I scheduled an appointment. At the time I scheduled the appointment with the service advisor Justin K. I mentioned that I would like to have a "Master" Mazda tech go for a short ride, before leaving the car, to help me understand the issue I was hearing. I called the morning of the appointment, and spoke to Justin W. another service advisor, to conform that the technician would be available. He told me yes. So when I arrived, at 3:00 pm, for my 3:15 pm appointment I was checked in. When ERIC the "Master" technician spoke with me he told me he was not going for a test ride. I asked why and he replied" I have another appointment after you and I am picking up my child at 4". I told him that I scheduled this appointment specifically for a test ride to help me understand what I was hearing. ERIC REFUSED TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE SERVICE APPOINTMENT, AND TOLD ME JUST LEAVE THE CAR. I took my car and left. I will never return.

I usually do not take the time to write reviews however I feel the need to share my recent visit. First of all, my sales rep was Mitch. He made the point to let us know we was fairly new as a car salesman. You would never know. He was very knowledgeable explaining all the features on the Mazda CX five He took the time to explain all the features, especially to my wife. We had visited a different dealership in Schaumburg, and I must say, there was no comparison We also met the manager, I believe his name was Bill. He was very professional, polite, and actually made us feel welcome they actually matched the price we got from the other dealership, and had the car in stock. I can honestly say, this was by far the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle
We love our new Mazda, and will be spreading the word about Roto. My family and I are grateful. Thank you Bill, you have a great staff, and really know how to make people feel welcome.
