Schaumburg Mitsubishi is the best dealer around Chicago land. I have been going there to service my Outlander for almost three years after I read their reviews. I drive Schaumburg from Lake Bluff, about 40min drive, while there is a dealer right next to me, but I chose to go all the way there because of their excellent service. Their service department people don’t push you for something you don’t need. Their advice is so honest and helpful. Today, after we lost our Outlander with an accident, I went there to buy a new Outlander. My experience with Brad, the salesperson, and Michael, the sales manager, was terrific. They gave me a good deal on a new a 2018 Outlander. Excellent people. I definitely recommend Schaumburg Mitsubishi. You won't be sorry by going there. They are an example of excellence!! ??????

Claudia Zires was extremely helpful during the buying, financing, and general sales experience. We drove over 8 hours to get the car that suited me and everything was exactly as she said it was, no surprises, just a quick buying process. She even had our truck that we traveled in washed while we went over the financing options.

I worked with Mike and he was great. He was very friendly and willing to work with me over the phone and via email as we live fare away. He sent me a breakdown of the truck at the "out the door' price so there would be no hidden fees pop up and I could see if I wanted to make the trip. Ultimaltey, we bought a truck somewhere else, not because of Mike and or the dealership, we simply found a truck that matched what we wanted more than the one they had listed.

I went to buy a used 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander SE. The sale representative said it is a good car ready to go and inspected by the dealer mechanic. When I wanted to test drive the car, First the car did not start, and that is why I saw the car running before even I arrived to the dealer, so the Battery is dead or the Alternator is not working. Second the ASC system service required sign turned on. Third; when I turned the AC on, the compressor was going on and off. So I was totally disappointed and just got out of the car because I already wasted time jumping the car at the beginning. The problem is they are Mitsubishi Dealer. I personally will never trust them anymore.

And should not be allowed, it is against your terms of service rules for someone working at the dealership to write their own review using dealership internet connection, not only did they scam my mother in law, now they are scamming the internet review of their dealership.This place takes the cake all the way around. The reason I'm saying this review is a scam is because I informed that owner how HORRIBLE their internet rating was and instantly that review was put out there. I would appreciate Dealer Rater looking into this and removing their scam review of themselves.

I was wait more then 24 hours for info about my car.(never happen before). then he hang up on me when i was try get some info how long my car going to be in the shop . car was under factory warranty but he was try charge me for some things. i have extended warranty . i rate them today very bad in all categories most because of service
