Alfred was an amazing sales person that helped makeup my mind! He did all his best to provide with the best vehicle that had the options that fit my life style. We weighted the options versus what I do in life and picked the right vehicle for me. I purchased my F150 super crew with the exact specs and needs based on what fits me best. My friends and family were "wow'ed" with what I got for the price. Alfred was not pushy with the sale like other dealerships do. He let me decide without the pressure to make a comission!!! I would recommend this dealership because I felt like I was an important customer to them without the hassle of being pushed around to sell me just any car. You will get what you ask for without the hassle and thats what I look for when buyig a car. It was a pleasure purchasing my F150 from there and will for sure recomended to all my friends and family since Five Sat Ford is in fact a Five Stars Ford dealership! A couple years ago, the last vehicle I bought was from Alfred; a 2009 F-150 Lariat. I am in the military and at the time I was stationed in Florida. Alfred was such a pleasure to work with, and made everything so easy that I drove all the from Florida to buy my truck from Five Star Ford. After driving that truck around the country, it was time to trade-in. I called Alfred from my current home in Oklahoma, and inquired about purchasing a new truck; my recently purchased 2012 F-150. Immediately, he began his search for my next truck. I gave him very specific details on what I wanted, and didn't want. He and the staff at Five Star Ford worked vigorously to find the EXACT truck that I wanted. Once he found it, Alfred, Jeff, and I negotiated every aspect of the deal from across the country. When I arrived at the dealership, we immediately swapped keys; I went on the test drive and he got my old truck appraised. Everything was set to go when I arrived, and I can't emphasize how easy and enjoyable it was. There were no smoke and mirrors, and everything was straight forward. This has been by far the best car buying experience! The staff at Five Star Ford has always provided me with great service, respect, and honesty. More

I drove into your dealership looking for a new vehicle. I have always been a Ford man and wanted to get a new Ford F-150, super crew. I was pleased with the friendliness and overall hospitality of 5 Star Ford. Alfred assurred me that he would do whatever it took to take of me and the things I was looking for in a new truck. I was not disappointed. It was well after 10pm when my daughter and I left Friday night, 2/17/12. Before pulling out Alfred assisted me in Syncing my phone and downloading my phone book into my new truck. My overall experience with 5 Star Ford was so satisfying that I have already been speaking to my friends and fellow workers and praising your dealership. The only difficulty I encountered with Alfred was his accent. He was at times difficlut to understand, but we got thru that as well. I would like to add that Ashley in After market sales was very friendly and helpful. Someone needs to address this with her supervisor. She went out of the way to assist me on Wednesday, 2/22/12 when I brought my truck back in to have the liner applied and the cover put on the bed of my truck. She was not only knowledgeable and helpful but very courteous. She even called me later in the day to say their part was completed and that my truck was still being detailed and would set up a pickup to come get me when I got finished with work. The pickup was scheduled for 6pm. The only downside to this whole day was receiving a call from the driver at 6:08 pm stating they had not left the dealership and would soon be on their way. I had things I needed to take care of so I got one of my supervisors to drop me off at the dealership so I could pick up my truck. I shouldn't have had to do that. I will conclude by saying again that I was and still am very satisfied with my experience with 5 Star Ford and would highly recommend your dealership to anyone interrested in purchasing a vehicle, new or used. We have purchased our last four vehicles from Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. We also have all of our maintenance completed at their facility.
