First I want to say I hate buying cars and the hassle of dealerships. I always feel dirty and taken advantage of when I am done.. it’s probably why I still drive a 2007 Mazda. From my first inquiry, to exchanging test and videos, to going to the dealership, to test driving the car, to the negotiations and paperwork was seamless. Everything felt transparent, all questions were answered, I didn’t feel like they didn’t take me seriously and most importantly, I didn’t feel pressured. I never thought I would say this but it was a pleasant experience, I got a beautiful car and paid a price I was comfortable paying.
