I have avoided buying a new car since 2003 because I hate the "waiting game".,, you know- the old game where you sit in the salesmans office and wait while he runs back and forth from you to the sales manage the "waiting game".,, you know- the old game where you sit in the salesmans office and wait while he runs back and forth from you to the sales managers office. And most of the time while the salesman is supposed to haggling for your best deal, he is actually shooting the breeze with the boss while you sweat. This was not the case with Five Star Ford NRH. I had discussed my situation and needs at length with Jerry Reynolds "the Car Pro" and he recommended that I contact Terry Rich. Terry hooked me up with Rick Dikes who was a breath of fresh air. Two phone calls and Rick gave me a quote that was $1500 lower than my best deal that I could find. I tried to haggle and he brought in the incentives that I was unaware of. My wife had already picked out the car she wanted and all we had to do was go for a test drive and sign papers. It took longer for the computer guru to teach us the "synch" than it did for us to buy the car- which was 4K below the sticker. I was referred to the dealership by Jerry Reynolds, the Car Pro. They found exactly what I was looking for even though they had to get it from another dealership. They started with a price that was well below MSRP and then subtracted the financing incentives from that. I bought a F-350 DRW. They gave me the price ahead of time and I called a few other dealerships to compare it. The finance department was also very helpful explaining what the cheapest options were for the purchase. When I left with the truck, they had also filled the tank. Great group of guys. More

We connected CarPro and he gave us 5 star Ford and Terry's name to contact. We did that and when we met him he told as they were there to help us to find a car to buy. They were right. She took us through the process and at the end we got the car we wanted with out pressure but with a helping hand. I bought two cars in eight days from Justin. I had some special needs and had to cut expenses. Justin worked the numbers and got me into a 2011 Explorer. We had a need to help us with our expenses. They were no help at all, it was very disappointing and left us with a feeling of belittlement.
