Awesome Experience Purchasing New Mustang Working with a team at Five Star Ford in NRH was a unique and incredible experience. This was the first time working with a team buying a car. I would recommend the Business to Business team to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Kevin Jones was my primary salesman/contact on the Business to Business team. He went above and beyond to meet all the requirements for my new vehicle. While Kevin was taking care of locating a vehicle, keys, or handling paperwork, the other team members would check to see if I needed anything or had any questions. The team concept makes you feel like you’re working with family or friends that truly care about you as a person and your needs. I've worked with Five Star Ford for years with my Dad both buying and servicing vehicles. Buying my new Mustang this time exceeds all previous vehicle buying experiences. Kevin explained everything from new vs. used options, financing options, security system, service and so much more during the process of narrowing down and selecting the right vehicle. Once the vehicle was selected, Kevin walked me to finance and met me once the financing process was completed. Kevin then went over some additional items on the vehicle. Kevin took the time to introduce me to Bob Carmack and Terry Rich. Both Bob and Terry made me feel like family. In addition, Kevin took me back to Service to meet with James Hopkins (who I have known and worked with before both at Five Star Ford and other dealerships). During this process I was provided the name and contact information for my Service Writer, Chris Adams, who will work with me when my vehicle needed service. Growing up around cars, car shows and working on cars, the way I am treated at a dealership is important. Being taken seriously as a female is a very important and was a determining factor in buying from Kevin Jones, Five Star Ford NRH. Kevin followed up the sales experience with a phone call and email. He has made himself available since the purchase of the vehicle to answer any questions making this an awesome experience purchasing my 2014 Mustang. Thank you for going above and beyond! Jimmie Mathews explained everything to us on the Sync system. I am going to drive the car a few weeks and make a list of questions and go take the class on SYNC my Ford if I need to. I was pleased from A to Z. I recommend the agency all the time. More

I went in for service. Was met promply. My info was taken quickly and I was told that due to a large numer of customers ahead of me it would take about 2 hours.
