I searched every Jeep dealer in the West valley and because of the respect they had for me and my choices, I picked Larry Miller on Bell Rd in 1997. The service was always a positive experience and each visit was followed by a phone call to see if I was leased or not with my service. When I decided to buy a car with more safety equipment, and I was impressed with the Subaru. Because of my positive experience with Larry Miller, ended up with a new Subaru, 2021. Again, because of the professional and personal experience of this dealership, and the accessibility of my service technician, I have had a wonderful and successful experience with Larry Miller. One more reason - in the service area, we were given the cell phone, and department phone numbers of.our techs, which made them more reachable. I miss the yearly “Customer Appreciation “ day, which was a victim of the virus. Thank you to the whole staff at Larry Miller. More

They refused to return $2750 for a warranty that I never used and charged me $600 for fake magic Freon because according to them my air conditioner would not work without this magic Freon which MOPAR said i used and charged me $600 for fake magic Freon because according to them my air conditioner would not work without this magic Freon which MOPAR said is a lie.
