His tone was condescending he was waiving around our credit report and had zero respect for the process. I did get most of his tone on video. I have a very large social media following.. I will be making sure to share. I along with my husband felt judged, attacked and disappointed. Since he never introduced himself we do not have his name. My husband is very calm and this is the second time in 13 years that I have ever heard him raise his voice. No one deserves to be treated that way. The Manager did pull my husband to the side with a number sheet (which should have been presented by the finance "manager")We were definitely budgeted for that amount unfortunately by that time it was too late! Take your business, to a company who will respect and not judge! More
