The best car buying experience I have ever had! Went in looking for a used truck. Met John Hilsinger, sales. Was going to test drive a truck but they couldnt sell it to me because something was wrong with it. Then test drove another truck but wasnt impressed. Told them my situation and told them our monthly requirement and he went to work. He then went looking and found us a certified pre owned ford f150 super crew and it was perfect. They worked with us on price and with my trade. We made a deal and John was the best sales man I have ever had. I will always buy from him and Five Star given the opportunity to. All the staff and dealership was a pleasure to deal with. Awesome dealership and John is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I recommend John and Five Star Ford to be your salesman and dealership when you need another vehicle. More

We wandered over to the pre-owned section of the lot (unintentionally) and John Hilsinger introduced himself with an offer to help. When we told him that we were actually looking for new trucks, he told us he could help us with that, too! He turned out to be the ideal car salesperson. We had some very specific things in mind for our new truck. He walked us out and showed us trucks on the lot and eventually tracked down the truck that was EXACTLY what we wanted - on another offsite lot. That didn't stop him, even as it was reaching closing time we went to the other lot to retrieve the truck so we could see it. He was very accommodating, listening to our expectations and resolving all of our questions. When we came to an agreement on the truck we wanted, Kenneth Wilder took care of the finance portion. He was also very friendly and made the transaction smooth and fast. We will definitely be back to Five Star in the future. More

Five Star Ford is worth your time I recently had to purchase a car in a limited amount of time. I made contact with a large number of dealerships in the dfw area. Most of those experi I recently had to purchase a car in a limited amount of time. I made contact with a large number of dealerships in the dfw area. Most of those experiences were fairly miserable. Five Star was completely different. John Hillsinger was easy to work with as my salesman. He was informative and patient. I really appreciated that he didn't call my cell-phone 4 times a day after my first test drive. He seems to be a genuinely good guy. Jimmy in finance was professional, courteous, and quick. Moreover, several other employees took a moment to reach out and congratulate me or otherwise express their thanks for my business. The facility is clean, modern and welcoming. The road access is pretty convenient, as well. During this recent car-buying experience.... Five Star Ford was a shining beacon of good in a swirling maestrom of soul-xxxxxxx garbage. I'm pretty happy with my experience. You should make a stop there if you're considering Ford. More
