Pricing Went to buy a used car and came to an agreement on a price for the car. Price + taxes+ registration + 499 dealer fee = total When talked to pers Went to buy a used car and came to an agreement on a price for the car. Price + taxes+ registration + 499 dealer fee = total When talked to person about final numbers there was an $1800 charge for three things added they said. Window Tint, Engine Flush and Nitro in tires. This added should have been upfront and buyers should know this. To me it is price deception or price change. Was very disappointed and discouraged. I drove out there from over an hour away. Sales men were very nice, no complaints about them. Just the price change or bombshell they drop on you at the end is discouraging and wrong. If they add something to it they should have in price and not a bombshell right at end when you are deciding to buy, waste time. Would not recommend cause of pricing deception. More

Poor customer service after sale After we purchased the car we had to wait for wheels we agreed on. We were told a couple of days and were given a loaner. The sales person knew we had a time crunch to get the car. We waited and of course car was not ready when told. After over a week I stopped in the dealership and was left hanging and waiting by 2 sales people. One gave me a card and said he would call. He did not nor did he answer my call. Called dealership and same thing, promised a call back and no call. Felt they could care less once they had our money. More

Service not completed Scheduled apt weeks in advance. Go through whole process they tell me my car has been finished/completed. Now I have to wait a couple of weeks for part to come in, reschedule apt, and take another afternoon for my fuel pump to be fixed/replaced. More

Wonderful Experience I was totally amazed that Juan Vizcarra went above and beyond. He picked me up at the airport. Imagine to my surprise that the deal had already bee I was totally amazed that Juan Vizcarra went above and beyond. He picked me up at the airport. Imagine to my surprise that the deal had already been worked out. I had talked to Juan on the phone and had given him all the information. Best buying experiencia ever! I had my my 5th baby 3 months ago, my husband and i were in dire need of a new van that wouldn't break the bank. Oscar was really helpful, he took the time to explain all different trims and found the Pacifica that came equipped how we wanted it and nothing more. Oscar and the finance guy Erik answered all of my questions and worked with us on price and took great care of me and my family. I honestly felt like i was a VIP when i was there. Make sure you check Oscar out before going anywhere else for you car needs! More
