Wonderful Out of State Purchase & Delivery We needed a special work van and it wasn't available in our state (North Carolina) or surrounding states but we found it at Five Star Ford. Carlos wa We needed a special work van and it wasn't available in our state (North Carolina) or surrounding states but we found it at Five Star Ford. Carlos was the best person to deal with because he understood exactly what we wanted and he sent lots of photos and information to us. We communicated through telephone calls, text and e-mails, he answered ALL our questions and never made us feel like we asked too many! He was always available, and happy to help us every step of the way. Together we came to terms that we were very happy with, Carlos is honest and fair and we know that we got the best quality at the fairest price! He even found a transporter at a better cost than we could find plus they offered insurance and a professional level that we could not find on our own. Maria worked as team with Carlos to make the whole buying process smooth. We made a few changes on the paperwork that through everything off, but Maria fixed those items and re-sent documents to us so that we would have no problems registering it in NC. This was the BEST auto purchase we have ever had and all thanks to Carlos Codie and his excellent customer service and concern for us. More
