I have been planning on purchasing a new F250 for some time and had planned on using my credit union for the financing. When I called them and told them that I was ready I was given a number to call at 5 time and had planned on using my credit union for the financing. When I called them and told them that I was ready I was given a number to call at 5 Star Ford. I had already looked a truck at another dealer and had been given an initial price. When I called Marie to make sure my contact person could see me after I got off of work, she was very nice and we agreed on a time to meet. I looked at a truck that she had on her lot that was almost what I was looking for and when I pointed out that one feature was missing, she went to work and found another one for me to look at on a nearby lot. She then gave me the pricing on the one that I bought that was much better than the initial price that I had got at the other dealer. The best part came the next day after I took delivery when a relay went out on the truck and it would not start. When Marie and 5 Star found out they checked the truck out immediately and She kept me informed as to what the mechanic was finding out during the day until they determnined that it would not be repaired that day. 5 Star sent a driver over to pick up my wife and bring her back to the dealership to get a loner vehicle until mine was repaired. That is service after the sale. I am recommending 5 Star Ford & Marie Chase to all my friends. More

Marie Chase was the sales representative for my Credit Union. Marie took the time to listen to what I wanted and did not try to sell me something that was on the lot when it did not have everything I wan Union. She kept me up to date on when I could expect my Truck to be delivered and quoted me an accurate price. Marie was very professional, never handed me off to another representative and kept her promises. Five Star Ford was a delight to work for. More specifically Marie Chase and Sam in after market. These are the only two people that I dealt with. I had no other communications outside of Marie a specifically Marie Chase and Sam in after market. These are the only two people that I dealt with. I had no other communications outside of Marie and Sam. However, both Marie and Sam were a pleasure dealing with. The response time in gettting back to me was super fast! I shopped around at several different Ford dealerships for the specific truck that I was looking for. Marie was able to beat every price and stood behind every word that she said to me when giving a price. I absolutely 100% pleased and satisfied with Marie and Sam's proffesionalism and courtesy! Bought a new truck with Marie's help. She found the truck I wanted and got it to the dealership. Buying through her, I felt comfortable with the price she offered and it was better than what I got from other I wanted and got it to the dealership. Buying through her, I felt comfortable with the price she offered and it was better than what I got from other dealers. I did not get as much as I had wanted for my trade in but we were reasonably close. That is the only thing that kept it from being a 'great' experience.
