It is sad to say that after 15 years & 8 vehicles purchased from Larry H. Miller Avondale and Surprise- I will not return with my business if they do not make this right. I purchased my 8th vehicle i purchased from Larry H. Miller Avondale and Surprise- I will not return with my business if they do not make this right. I purchased my 8th vehicle in Sept. 2021, a 2022 - 2500 RAM truck with 41 miles on it-BRAND NEW. We paid $86,000.00+ for this truck and it is a LEMON. As per the AZ LEMON Law- this truck qualifies. Marshall Clark, the area/general manager was very dismissive, dis-respectful, un-caring to the time consuming RUN AROUND I have dealt with for a year. He should be FIRED FOR THE RUDE manner in which HE conducts business. I spoke to him in Sept 2022 about my issue, which he directed me to RAM Care/ manufactures. I spent 6 weeks with calls and run around from RAM Care, to be told the dealerships have a 'backdoor' email they can use to address these situations. When I called Marshall 4x's and a visit to the dealership, he FINALLY returned my call. But was clearing too busy to listen to the issues. When I asked him to please stop trying to dismiss me, I have a serious ELECTRICAL issue with my truck, he calmly said 'I will no longer deal with you' and hung up. WOW. I have received great customer service from the sale team, the service department and the service manager, to have the AREA/GENERAL MANAGER treat me like this. I tired to be reasonable and address my concerns with this truck in a professional manner. Marshall Clark, has forced me to retain an attorney. I will now demand the full cost of the truck, my attorney fees and punitive damages for my time and frustration. I pray that Asbury Corporation and David Holt takes this from Marshall Clark's paycheck. Mr. Clark needs additional training and should be demoted from his role as the leadership of this local dealership group. This is a sad example of leadership. More

Was looking for a Jeep Wrangler 2 door. Called the Surprise store and Mark assured me they would have one coming in the end of the week. Stopped in the store to see pictures and get the info. As promised my Jeep arrived on Friday. First time in 15 years not driving a Ford Escape. Love my new Jeep. Like that the entire Jeep staff were very professional from start to finish. More

First time dealing with an out of state dealership and were we pleasantly "surprised"(no pun intended) and sincerely satisfied. On Monday(2/22) reached out after seeing a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire for sale were we pleasantly "surprised"(no pun intended) and sincerely satisfied. On Monday(2/22) reached out after seeing a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire for sale through the internet. Within a short time, Mark August was already in contact with me, via text msg. Mark really went out of his way, to satisfy my questions and concerns, being that I live in El Paso, Tx.. Mark sent me numerous pictures, that I had asked for, plus even sent videos per my request. This turned out to be an all day texting event, which ultimately had both my wife and myself on Southwest Airlines flying to Phoenix on Wednesday(2/24). Mark even went out of his way, again, to pick up my wife and myself at the airport, to take us to Larry H. Miller Chrysler. Understandably, purchasing a used vehicle, you most likely will inherit issues left from previous owners. But what really impressed both my wife and myself, was the "out of the box" customer service that we received from Mark August. Even the time frame on going through the paperwork process with Jorge Beltran, was extremely impressive. Long story short, we flew out of El Paso, Tx at 930am to Phoenix, and was on the road in my wife's 2004 Crossfire by early afternoon and were back in El Paso, Tx by 8pm. Because of the professionalism that was displayed by both Mark and Jorge, our customer experience at Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was one that we will never forget. Background on this 2004 Crossfire, my wife just loves this vehicle, she has had a 2005 and we just recently sold her 2006 Crossfire. Happy Wife, Happy Life......
