Vehicle purchase ... It can be a pleasant experience! I have had the pleasure/misfortune of enduring the "vehicle purchase process" many times in my life. I don't think that I have repeated a purchase I have had the pleasure/misfortune of enduring the "vehicle purchase process" many times in my life. I don't think that I have repeated a purchase from a single location until I started doing business with Five Star in North Richland Hills. This is my third purchase in less than five years and have purchased the last two from Jim Rich. I do my own research prior to a visit and have a good idea about what/where I want to be when discussions start. Jim listens closely and gets back viable options for me to consider that day! He stays on point with my requests and doesn't try to change my direction or put on a full court press for me to decide and sign right now. Jim is honorable and a pleasure to do business with! While I am in no hurry to buy another vehicle anytime soon, when I do, I will certainly be contacting him! Thanks Jim .... AGAIN!! More

This dealership is actually where she got her current car, five years ago. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and treated wonderfully. We were immediately taken on a test drive, and when that car didn't work out, we walked around the lot until the perfect car spoke to us. Though there was a moment during price talk that we were left alone for upwards of 30 minutes, this delay wound up being in our favor. They worked hard to give us a low price, and to help us out with financing. We have already recommended to a friend, and would definitely recommend again. More

awesome i went into this dealership expecting another NO which i had been riding around in the summer heat in my work van all day ..but i thought to myself wh i went into this dealership expecting another NO which i had been riding around in the summer heat in my work van all day ..but i thought to myself what would yet another NO hurt...so soon as i pulled up salesman Mario hurley walked to me and offered help..so i sat down gave him my info and 20 or so minutes later i suprisingly got a YES to my dream car...Mario was great he was quick efficient and there to serve...and even though i got the car as is when i called him about a faulty brake light he invited me back in and got it fixed quick with no hassle...mario hurley was very helpful and made my experience at five star ford AWESOME...thanks mario ??(and myron was just as quick and helpful) More
