Back for a third time to buy a car at Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. Once again William May was our go to salesman. I was not ready to buy, just wanted to look. William understood that, but still spent time on the lot with me. Well I test drove one and then kept looking at other Explorers. He went to get another key and in the meantime I spotted my next Explorer. It had what I wanted and even two things I had not thought about. Jeff Crabtree came out to meet me when he heard this would be my third vehicle from them. William May and Jeff Crabtree worked efficently and quickly to get me what I wanted on my trade and got me into my next Explorer. Five Star Ford Rocks and so does William and Jeff.
