Purchasing experience was very good. AJ was an amazing salesman and went above and beyond for my husband and I and he's the only reason I'm not giving it 1 star. Problems came after we c AJ was an amazing salesman and went above and beyond for my husband and I and he's the only reason I'm not giving it 1 star. Problems came after we completed the purchase. There were 2 different sets of tires on the all-wheel drive vehicle which could cause problems in the future. In the contract they stated they would replace 2 tires so they would all match and we were told they were ordered when we purchased the vehicle. 3 days later I called to get a status on the tires and was told the order was never pushed through and they were ordering them now. 2 days later I called to get a status and was then told they weren't ordered because they didn't have the size of tire written down. After giving them the info I was again told they were being ordered then and there and to call back in 48 hours if I hadn't received a call from them. 48 hours later and still no call so I called again and was told they now needed the size and tire tread pattern so they could order the correct ones. Never once got a call requesting the information so it was starting to feel like they were trying to get away with not giving me the tires. Instead of going through another round of giving all the information and it not properly getting written down I decided to drive down to the Colorado Springs dealership where I purchased the vehicle from so they could see the tires in person and have no excuse as to why they couldn't be ordered. Here I am 2 weeks later, and I get a call that my tires have finally arrived and to make an appointment to get them mounted and balanced. 1 hour before my appointment I get a call that there is no one at my location that can install my tires until at least Monday but if I'd like I can drive up to Thorton to get them put on. Instead of waiting even longer for another excuse to present itself I decided to pick up the tires and have them mounted at my own shop so they would get done in a timely manner out of my own pocket. By far the worst experience from a dealership I've ever had. More
