While they couldn't hold the vehicle for multiple days, I reached out the night before to let them know I'd be down the following afternoon, and they were able to hold the car for the entire next day, making sure no one else could buy it. Cary was super personable and greeted me by name the moment I walked through the door. John was very helpful breaking down each individual cost and walking me through their process, and AJ was great with walking me through financing options and giving me time to make a decision without feeling any pressure. I really appreciated their no haggle policy; knowing what the price would be before I even got there, completely eliminating the stress of having to negotiate. Everyone was very honest, even stopping me from looking at a car I really liked because they'd suspected it had issues. Highly recommended if you find they the car you're looking for. More

TLDR: This is the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. The staff, ethics, and care showed through the entire process, and you will NOT be disappointed. I’ve been a car guy my whole life and I’m ex had. The staff, ethics, and care showed through the entire process, and you will NOT be disappointed. I’ve been a car guy my whole life and I’m extremely analytical, so I’m not a typical customer when it comes to dealerships. After hours of research and a great many calls, I found Auto Fanatics. To begin, they are extremely forthcoming about every vehicle they sell. They provided the full CARFAX, the window sticker, and detailed information without hesitation. My car had a disclosed structural-damage note from a repaired quarter panel, and they sent me the report, photos, and a clear explanation of what was fixed. There was no “what can we upsell you” and no “just come in and we can talk more” at any point. I live several states away, and after talking with various staff members I was confident enough to book a one-way flight with no plans to return home empty-handed. They jumped at the chance to have a third-party shop do a PPI and even arranged the drop-off and pickup at no charge, with no hassle and no hesitation. Earl was my first point of contact, and we quickly built the kind of relationship you’d expect from a lifelong friend you can call any time and pick right back up. He was honest and willing to help in any way I asked to make things easier on my end. After talking in person, I can say he’s one of the few salesmen I’ve met who is a true example of how car sales should work. That’s when I knew I could trust him with the largest financial decision I’ve made in my life. John, the Sales Manager, is another A++ member of the team. He was willing to discuss any situation and answer every question, and he kindly explained the dealership’s history, past situations that came up, and how they handled them professionally, which truly built my confidence that I was working with the right people. We talked about our shared love of vehicles, old stories, and even plans for the future. Any minor points I raised about the car, he was willing to have corrected or pointed me in the right direction to handle later. Another perfect example of how a manager should operate. AJ, the Finance Professional, was a delight. He was knowledgeable, open, and a pleasure to talk with. He explained the company’s backstory and goals for the future, and he was friendly and flexible in working out the financial side. He took the time to carefully explain each document I signed and stopped to discuss any question I had. Unlike other dealers I and others have dealt with, there was no rushed “initial here, sign here, date this” routine when it came time to pay and get the car out the door. We talked about our personal backgrounds, he paused any time I wanted to read documentation, and overall it was the professional service I’d expect from a company with a 5-star rating. I drove the car home over 6 hours and it ran perfectly. The condition was exactly as stated. I’d recommend this dealer to anyone shopping for a great-priced vehicle. I hope other dealerships take note of how Auto Fanatics operates and raise their own service to this level. I’d give 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Don’t think twice, just go! More
