I received a fair trade-in value for my vehicle, and all details were clearly explained before signing. AJ’s calm and easygoing approach made the experience relaxed and pressure-free. I feel I received a good deal and am very happy with my purchase. For areas of improvement, while the vehicle was cleaned, some details were missed—there were still food particles on the carpet and sticker residue on the window that I needed to remove myself. The car also did not include a full (or even half) tank of gas, and it would have been appreciated to leave the lot with more than 20 miles in the tank. Additionally, a brief tutorial on the vehicle’s features would have been helpful. Even offering an optional 10-minute walkthrough for setup and key functions would enhance the experience. Overall, the experience was very positive, and I would absolutely recommend working with this great team. More
