Was sold an xc90 recharge with faulty plugs, returned a few days later for correct plug, was sent home again with faulty ones. On my third trip back I was finally given the correct plug but their service a few days later for correct plug, was sent home again with faulty ones. On my third trip back I was finally given the correct plug but their service advisors couldn’t have been less helpful everyone was on multi hour lunch breaks and those left to staff simply didn’t feel like it. Had to get sales involved. In the parking lot other customers were commiserating about how bad Riley Stamford is. Go to Westport instead. More
