I looked at my favorite car Friday and am driving away in it Tuesday. This is the most efficient car deal I’ve ever done. He was not pushy or bossy and I feel comfortable saying that every thing he spoke on was true and factual and he was trying to assist me the best he could instead of looking at me like a easy commission. Matthew Getty had a lot to do with my deal and I could not be more satisfied with his level of customer service. This man called and texted me multiple times. And not even to buy a vehicle. He stayed in contact with me to build my trust in Nissan and to make sure I would remain a happy client. Most people do not have that dedication to customer service. So I am thankful to have him on my team as I roll out in my 5th Nissan vehicle! I am thankful for Mike Rezi getting me in my favorite car. All the way down to the color, features, and trim. I will surely be back and glad to have a new and trusted sales team! More
