As a first time buyer, I had no idea about how the process of buying a car went but Alberto Stagg was extremely helpful. As soon as we got to the dealership, he greeted us and directed us to some seat process of buying a car went but Alberto Stagg was extremely helpful. As soon as we got to the dealership, he greeted us and directed us to some seats inside. He made sure to show us the car we were looking for and really tried his best to help us out. Alberto was very calm and had a lot of patience for us as we were checking out the prices and making a decision. He didn't try to pressure or rush us like most do. He kept a positive attitude the entire time we were at the dealership and even offered us beverages as we talked things out and made a final decision on the car. He was kind enough to allow my family and I to leave and when we got back he was kindly and patiently waiting for us. I was very satisfied with my first experience at Kia Carson thanks to Alberto. If you're looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for Alberto Stagg he's the sweetest and will help you at the best of his ability. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends. I was very impressed with how patient and caring he is because I've been to other dealerships and the salesmen just try to rush you in and out. We were with Alberto for roughly 4 hours and he even was the last one to leave the dealership. I really appreciate his caring and attentive attitude. He made sure to answer all of our questions and doubts. Alberto doesn't try to sugarcoat anything he's very honest. Definitely look for him when you go to Kia of Carson. More

Alberto was fantastic! Alberto gave me a call this morning as a reminder that I had an appointment to come in. I decided to come in earlier and Alberto was SUPER friendly.
