We had a difficult time finding a Kia Sorento in Orange County, so my husband found Kia of Carson and they had a good inventory of Sorentos, so we made an appointment with Will. Will was pleasant, but had Alberto “Al” Stagg take over. Alberto showed us the Sorento Hybrids and let us take one on a test drive. We loved it and returned to the dealership to make the purchase. Al facilitated the purchase, did the sales paperwork, and negotiated the trade-in of our Honda Pilot to a price that we could live with. We are very happy with the deal and love the car. Al was professional, yet warm and friendly to us. He answered every question we had, and got us in and out of the dealership in 2.5 hours. That is remarkable! He also helped me download a couple of apps…one for managing the vehicle and one for LoJack. He showed me how to operate the car and many of the most common “bells & whistles.” Also, Elena in the finance office was a “wizard” of efficient paperwork. She was incredibly quick, yet thorough. We felt very confident in her abilities to get all the i’s dotted & t’s crossed. We visited 3 other dealerships and they had very low inventory and no Sorento Hybrids that we could actually drive. If you visit Kia of Carson, you won’t go wrong if you ask for Al! More
